We review the contract and staging invoice, which will include breakdown of costs and schedule for service.

Staging
We begin to stage the property on agreed service date(s).

Final photos are taken
(if included in package) and sent over within 24hrs.
Pick up
Client schedules a time for us to pick up our staged items before closing.
