Jas Marie Design is not a licensed architecture firm, and we are not licensed architects. All drawings provided by our drafters are intended solely as visual aids and conceptual references. These drawings must be reviewed, approved, and stamped by a licensed professional before any construction or permitting. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor prior to execution.
Survey of Space
JMD will need to survey the property for accurate measurements and key details before beginning design work

All drawings will be delivered digitally upon completion; please inquire if hard copies are needed.
Timeline
A projected timeline is required for all projects for effective scheduling
